YOUR WORK, CONNECTED

Using InCents.

Current service terms. Updated October 18, 2026.

Your workspace and content

Use InCents for lawful client work and only upload information you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for your proposals, quoted prices, client details, project commitments, payment instructions, and shared links. Your content remains yours; the service uses it to provide the workspace and client-facing functions.

Accounts and access

Keep your sign-in account secure. Google sign-in identifies the freelancer account; a client's display name on a shared link is self-entered. Shared proposal and payment links act as access links. Anyone holding one may read its shared information and post client responses. Send links to the intended people.

Agreements and payments

Freelancers and clients are responsible for reviewing and agreeing their own commercial and legal terms. InCents records proposal responses and signatures but does not provide legal advice or guarantee that an agreement meets a jurisdiction's requirements.

Payments occur through the external provider selected by the freelancer. InCents does not collect the project funds, hold them in escrow, or guarantee payment timing. A client payment report is distinct from the freelancer's confirmation of receipt. Verify receipt with the provider before confirming it.

Current access and service scope

Current account access does not require a paid subscription. This does not create a lifetime-price commitment. Any future paid subscription will have its own displayed price and terms before purchase.

The current product supports proposals and their follow-through. Features, limits, and availability may change as the service develops. Keep appropriate backups and use separate specialist tools where your work requires them. Hosted large-file storage, native payment processing, and automated reminder emails are not currently provided.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, use shared links to send abuse or spam, publish content you have no right to share, or attempt unauthorized access to another account. Access may be restricted in response to abuse or a service integrity issue.
