YOUR WORK, CONNECTED

Privacy, in plain language.

This notice describes the current InCents service. Updated October 18, 2026.

Information used by the workspace

When you sign in with Google, InCents receives your name, email address, profile image when provided, and Google account identifier. Your Google password stays with Google. InCents stores encrypted Google sign-in tokens and creates its own session to identify your workspace.

Workspace records include the businesses, clients, services, rates, branding images, proposals, and signatures you save. Shared interactions can include client-entered names, messages, agreement responses, payment reports and transaction references. Provide only information you have permission to use and share.

How information is used and stored

Account information is used to authenticate you and keep your saved workspace associated with your account. Proposal information is used to display the scope, record responses, support discussion, and track payment reports and confirmations. Data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure. The service is not designed for highly sensitive personal records.

InCents uses necessary session cookies and browser storage for sign-in, local records, synchronization queues, preferences, read state, and message drafts. Browser-only work stays on its original website/browser until explicitly imported. The current site does not include advertising pixels or a marketing analytics SDK.

Shared links are access links

Anyone with a shared proposal or payment link can access the public information on that link and add client messages. Client-entered display names are not verified. Payment references and payer details are shown to the owning freelancer rather than the general link view. Only send a link to the intended recipient.

Services involved

Cloudflare hosts the site and database. Google provides Google sign-in with basic identity scopes. Google Fonts serves the interface typeface and receives the network request needed to load it. InCents does not request Gmail or Drive access. Resend may deliver sign-in codes when email sign-in is enabled; email sign-in is currently unavailable while sender setup is pending. External payment and delivery links open their respective providers, which have their own privacy practices.

InCents does not process the project payment or store payment account passwords or card numbers. A freelancer's confirmation is a manual record; it does not verify a bank transfer automatically.

Access, retention, and requests

You can review workspace records and download a backup from a signed-in account. Some shared histories, such as agreement events and receipt audit records, are separate from that workspace backup. Sign out on shared devices. Browser-saved copies may remain on a device even after a session ends.

For questions, corrections, data access, or deletion requests, contact cojacplays@gmail.com. In-app account deletion and an automated retention schedule are not currently provided. We will review requests against the records involved and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Do not send sign-in codes or provider passwords.

Changes

This notice will be updated when the service's data practices change. Review it before sharing information you consider sensitive.
