Can we send one set of notes for each revision round?
THE FREELANCE CLIENT WORKFLOW
One project.
Every important exchange.
Here’s how a launch film moves through InCents, from a saved service rate to the final handoff. Meet Riley at Northline Studio and Avery at Juniper Coffee.
Fictional studio and client. Illustrative USD rates.
A $1,800 project.
Two saved services.
Riley adds one $1,200 launch film and three $200 social cutdowns. The proposal spells out formats, source materials, revision rounds, and first-cut timing.
Business profiles hold branding and payment links. Client profiles and service rates are reusable. Each proposal keeps an independent quoted copy.
Change the cutdown quantity →Start with the work you already sell.
Your proposal keeps its own quoted copy. Changing a saved rate later leaves that quote intact.
ON THE SHARED PROPOSAL
Yes. Two consolidated revision rounds are included for changes within the agreed brief.

Illustrative conversation and acceptance.
Answer the question.
Agree the details.
Avery opens a shared link, reviews the scope, and asks about revisions. Riley replies in the same conversation. Avery then chooses one of Riley’s offered payment arrangements and records an acceptance.
Responses stay tied to the published commercial version. Changes to scope or rates create a new version for review. Questions remain in the conversation as work continues.
Try the client’s view →$900 reported.
Then $900 received.
Riley creates a tracked payment request and shares its link. Avery pays through Northline’s provider and reports the deposit on that request. Riley checks the provider account, then confirms receipt. Only that confirmation reduces the outstanding balance.
The final $900 follows the same process. InCents records the status; the payment provider handles the money, including its fees, holds, and transfer times.

A final link.
A useful note.
Riley adds a review link during production, then a final-export link and a note explaining which format goes where. Avery can find them beside the original scope and conversation.
Files stay with your storage provider. External links can open Frame.io, Drive, Dropbox, or another service; playback and timecoded review remain with that provider.

Google sign-in opens your cloud workspace. Businesses, clients, services, and proposal records sync under your account. Existing browser records can be imported explicitly.
Keep control of the details.
Blank proposals start at $0 with no package discounts. Choose project or monthly pricing, your terms, and the arrangements you want to offer. Current proposal currency is USD.
Know what a shared link means.
Clients do not need an account. Anyone with a shared link can access that proposal and enter a display name, so share it privately with the intended people.
Use the tools that fit.
InCents connects the proposal workflow. Payment settlement, large-file hosting, accounting, and timecoded video review remain with the providers you choose.
